Based on a candidate's antigen-level HLA typing and the OPTN CPRA HLA genotype reference dataset, this calculator provides their expected percentage of HLA antigen mismatches within the US deceased donor pool. This initial release supports the antigen mismatch categories where points and priority are given in kidney allocation.
