HLA Matchability Calculator

Based on a candidate's antigen-level HLA typing and the OPTN CPRA HLA genotype reference dataset, this calculator reports the expected probability of finding compatible donors in the US deceased donor pool. Results are presented under two complementary scientific views: the four allocation-relevant mismatch cohorts (0-ABDR, 0-DR, 1-DR, 2-DR) and the seven antigen-match cohorts (0/6 through 6/6 ABDR matches).
